The Simple 2-Question Flowchart That Ends Worry

We all have them: those moments where a problem swells into a giant, paralyzing cloud of anxiety. We worry about things we can't change, and sometimes, we worry about things we can change instead of simply changing them.
The image above—which I keep close for those moments of mental paralysis—is the ultimate antidote to unproductive worry.
It boils down every life problem, big or small, to two brutally honest questions:

Do you have a problem in life? (Yes, inevitably)
Can you do something about it?

The beauty of this flowchart lies in its logic:
If the answer is YES, I can do something: Why worry? Worry is wasted energy. Get up and do the thing. Action is the only cure for anxiety caused by inertia.
If the answer is NO, I can't do anything: Why worry? The situation is outside of your control. Your worry won't change the facts, it will only steal your peace. Accept it and redirect your energy toward what you can influence.
Life is challenging, but worry is optional. Save your mental energy for solving the problems that are solvable, and for accepting the ones that aren't.

Which path are you choosing today: Action or Acceptance?
